ABOUT GAC
African insight. Professional rigour. Practical delivery.
Grande Afrique Consulting Limited is an Africa-wide management consulting and enterprise-solutions firm headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya. Since 2012, we have supported public- and private-sector organisations through multidisciplinary expertise, technology relationships and delivery teams suited to each assignment.

PEOPLE.
SOLUTIONS.
A STRONGER AFRICA.
Our story
GAC was established around a straightforward belief: professional advice creates the greatest value when it reflects the client's real operating environment and can be translated into action.
We work at the intersection of governance, risk, audit, investigations, data, technology and organisational capability. This enables us to address complex assignments as connected business problems rather than isolated technical exercises.
Our experience includes government and regulatory institutions, energy and utilities, education, banking, microfinance, SACCOs and cooperatives, logistics, aviation and other industries. This breadth helps us transfer useful lessons across sectors while respecting the differences in each organisation's mandate, regulation, systems and operating conditions.
Our consultants bring experience from professional practice and senior roles in local, regional and international organisations. We assemble the right mix of expertise for every assignment and work closely with client teams throughout delivery.
Our purpose
To help African organisations become more accountable, resilient, intelligent and effective.
Our mission
To provide evidence-led advisory, technology and learning solutions that strengthen decisions, controls, performance and institutional capability.
Our vision
To be a trusted Africa-wide partner for organisations seeking to manage risk, use data and technology effectively, and deliver lasting value.
Our values
Integrity
We protect the independence, confidentiality and honesty on which trusted advice depends.
Evidence
We test, analyse and verify before reaching conclusions.
Practicality
We design recommendations that can be owned, implemented and sustained.
Partnership
We work with clients, not around them.
Learning
We leave people and institutions more capable than we found them.
African relevance
We combine international good practice with local and regional understanding.
Platform independence
We begin with the client's requirements and recommend or implement solutions that fit the need, infrastructure, risk, deployment preference and budget.
How we work
We listen carefully and define the real decision or problem.
- We agree the scope, evidence needs, responsibilities and measures of success.
- We deploy the right professional and technical capabilities.
- We communicate findings clearly and early enough for action.
- We support implementation, adoption and knowledge transfer.
